Freight Shipments

Most of our products weigh over 150 pounds and must be shipped via freight. All of our fully assembled carts, wagons, kiosks, and sleighs include FREE freight shipping to any location in the continental (domestic) United States. Orders shipped to other locations will have their shipping costs estimated in the shopping cart. Non-Freight Shipments

Delivery Time

There are a few different aspects that affect your order's delivery time. Our most popular products are stocked for quick shipment, while other products are built to order. Depending on the product and quantity ordered, your order could take up to two weeks to arrive. Also, depending on your distance from our manufacturing facility in Indiana, it could take up to 5 business days in transit. If you need a product by a specific deadline, please add this information to the comments section during checkout or reach out to us and we will do our best to satisfy your needs. Orders that require expedited shipping or manufacturing will incur an additional fee for a rush order. Expedited Shipping

Damaged Shipments

Before signing anything from the driver, ensure that your order doesn't have any visual damage. All shipments are insured against damage in transit. If your shipment shows any signs of damage, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and signed by the driver. If the damage looks very critical (something that won't be easily repaired with replacement parts), please reject the shipment, and we will have another one on the way. In all cases, please take pictures and notify us immediately.

NOTE: Frontier Carriages / Fabtron Corporation is not responsible and will not compensate for damaged shipments. We will however make sure you receive any replacement parts or components that were damaged at no cost.
