The convenient shopping cart is the best solution. When checking out, you have the option of paying with a credit card or using a PayPal account. You can also give us a call and place your order over the phone.

4) How long until I receive my order?

There are a few different aspects that affect your order's delivery time. The more popular products are stocked for quick shipment. A lot of the products however are built to order. Depending on the product and how many, they could take up to two weeks. Also, depending on your distance from Indiana, it could take up to 5 business days transit time as well. If you have any deadlines, be sure to enter them in the comments section during checkout.

5) How do they arrive?

For the most part, all the wagons and carts arrive fully assembled less wheels. This means that you simply have to remove the wagon from its shipping skid and attach the wheels. They slide into the axles and are tightened. Some of the products are shipped with a few more assembly procedures to reduce the risk of damage during shipping such as attaching shelves or canopies.

8) How big are they?

The dimensions of every product can be found on their individual pages. To put them into perspective, the wagons and carts are about the length and width of a standard bath tub. The mini wagons are about 3/4 the size of the originals.

9) Can they roll around?

Yes, the axles have built in bearing surfaces to allow for smooth wheel rotation. The wheels can also be tightened so that they don't move if desired.

10) How much can they carry?

The wagons and carts can handle a maximum of around 400 pounds per axle of evenly distributed weight. If the weight is concentrated in one spot, do not expect to reach this maximum.

11) How much do they weigh?

The carts vary from about 130 pounds all the way to 350 pounds depending on the product. The packaged weight is more than what the wagon will weigh once off the skid.

12) Can I serve food off of them?

The carts and wagons can have food served off of them. However, we do not suggest serving food off of the treated wood wagons in case any chemicals from the wood's treating process might get on the food. A solution, which we encourage, is having us seal the product if you plan on using it with food. This will protect both the wood and the food from each other. This option is available on each product's page.

13) What are rubber foamed wrapped wheels?

Rubber foamed wrapped wheels are the same as the normal wheels but have a strip of rubber foam around the circumference of the wheel. The wheels are powder coated black and if rolled around on a hard surface, it will damage the wheels and possibly the floor as well. This rubber foam ensures the wheel and the floor surface remain protected from one another.

14) Can I ask for a modification?

Normally we can add or change anything that is asked. There is no guarantee that we can make any modification that is requested however. Additional fees may be assessed depending on the extent of the modification or any additional materials that are used.

15) What are my wood choices?

We currently offer the carts and wagons in red cedar, treated wood, or thermally modified yellow pine. Some products are only available in red cedar. We do have some select models offered in standard pine as well. More wood choices may be available in the future.

16) What is the color of the wood?

The wood colors can vary drastically among individual boards. We attempt to color match boards so that each product looks as uniform as possible. The red cedar is tan with a slight red tint sometimes. If left out in the weather, these will turn to a grey color over time. The treated wood is burnt and left with a complexion of dark and light shades that are in form with the grain of the wood. Any wood can be primed and painted to ensure it will hold up to the weather.
