Most of the products weigh over 150 pounds. Therefore they must be shipped via freight. Shipping is calculated during checkout. If any special instructions or appointments are needed, please list them in the comments section during checkout or give us a call.
Customer service and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We will accept the return of our products up to 21 days from the shipping date. The customer must package the product back onto the skid/box securely in the same condition that it arrived. The customer is responsible for the freight charges to ship the product back to us. Your order total minus original shipping costs will be refunded in full when we receive the item and ensure that there is no damage or missing components. A 25% restock charge may apply for some items. Custom items are non-returnable unless a defect in manufacturing is present. Please contact us for any additional questions.
Before signing anything from the driver, ensure that your order doesn’t have any visual damage. All shipments are insured against damage in transit. If your shipment shows any signs of damage, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and signed by the driver. If the damage looks very critical (something that won’t be easily repaired with replacement parts), please reject the shipment, and we will have another one on the way. In all cases, please take pictures and notify us immediately.
NOTE: Frontier Carriages is not responsible and will not compensate for damaged shipments. We will however make sure you receive any replacement parts or components that were damaged at no cost.
